Wellbeing of all members of our community has always been, and always will be, a priority work area of Roath Park Primary School. The Leadership Team believes that giving staff the tools, support and environment to complete their task is essential. 

The Strategic Leadership Team and Governing Body are committed to the wellbeing of all staff and pupils at Roath Park Primary School. We believe that our staff are our most precious resource and provide valuable, high impact learning experiences for all learners.

Our overarching principal is we trust our staff to deliver high quality lessons and to provide high quality care, support and guidance for all of our learners.
